1954 - produced by Závody V. I. Lenina (Škoda Works) Plzeň as the serial number 2977/1954 for the Czechoslovak State Railways, put into the operation in locomotive depot Valašské Meziříčí
1961 - transferred to locomotive depot Olomouc
1963 - transferred to depot České Budějovice
1964 - service in locomotive depot Tábor
1969 - transferred to depot Cheb
1971 - last stationing – locomotive depot Plzeň
1980 - withdrawn, used as stationary steam boiler K 768 for heating purposes in the depot Plzeň and later in railway repair and construction works Plzeň
1994 - bought by Iron Monument Club Plzeň
2004 - installed near to shopping centre Olympia in Plzeň
2005 - sidetracked in the area of MOVO Plzeň
